Eli Professional Tadalafil Sublingual Tablets

Eli Professional is part of the phosphodiesterase inhibitors (PDE 5) class used for managing erectile dysfunction or impotence. The medication works with sexual stimulation by enhancing blood flow to the penis, allowing for an erection to occur and be sustained. Please note that Eli Professional requires sexual stimulation to be effective. Its onset occurs approximately 16 minutes after ingestion, and its effects can last for as long as 36 hours.

It is advisable to take 20 mg of Eli Professional at least 16 minutes prior to engaging in sexual activity. The effects can be experienced for up to 36 hours. For those addressing symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), Tadalafil should be taken once daily. Avoid exceeding the recommended dosage, and do not take Eli Professional more than once in a 24-hour period.

Before beginning treatment with Eli Professional, consult your healthcare provider about any medical conditions you may have, including, but not limited to: abnormalities of the penis (such as a curved penis or congenital defects), coronary artery disease, bleeding issues, stomach ulcers, arrhythmias, angina, history of heart attack or heart failure, hypo- or hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia (high lipid levels in blood), sickle-cell anemia, and past liver or kidney failures. It is important to avoid the consumption of grapefruit juice, alcoholic drinks, or tobacco, as these can contribute to sudden vision loss related to the optic nerve.

Eli Professional may interact with certain medications. It is contraindicated to take this medication with any form of nitroglycerin, other nitrates such as isosorbide, nitroprusside, or any medicines that are considered ‘nitric oxide donors’, as well as recreational substances that contain amyl or butyl nitrate.

Common allergic reactions may include facial flushing, upset stomach, diarrhea, headaches, flu-like symptoms, and nausea. Less common side effects may involve low blood pressure, blurred vision, color vision changes, abnormal ejaculation, or prolonged and painful erections (priapism) lasting over 6 hours. If these side effects are persistent or troubling, it is important to reach out to your physician.

Eli Professional can interact with various other medications, so it is advised to avoid co-administration with the following drugs: those containing organic nitrates, Erythrityl Tetranitrate, Isosorbide Dinitrate, Isosorbide Mononitrate, Erythromycin, Ketoconazole, Itraconazole, Nitroglycerin, Pentaerythritol Tetranitrate, Indinavir, and Ritonavir.

Eli Professional is taken as needed, making it unlikely for a dose to be missed. If an overdose is suspected, it is crucial to seek immediate medical assistance. Symptoms of overdose may include back pain, muscle aches, and vision abnormalities.

Store Eli Professional at room temperature in a dry place, out of direct sunlight, and away from children and pets in a secure container.
